It is so important for our Clients and Candidates that we understand the importance or doing our due diligence in checking tickets and thoroughly checking our operatives work references as well as checking job specs and criteria for our job roles. Not only do we want to check that the Candidates we send are qualified and competent in their job roles, but we also want to check that the working environment is safe and our Clients have the relevant safety procedures in place. We also have training providers that can offer a wide range of training should this be something our Clients or Candidates require.

We hold a genuine interest in historical buildings and have no problem spotting the architectural differences from different eras. Historically, there has been a lack of understanding by recruiters working in this market which we have recognised as being the key factor in why many Contractors and Craftsman fail to utilise the services of recruitment companies at all, due to a lack of confidence. We have over ten years of experience bringing these two entities together forming relationships that will carry on for many years to come. FIT OUT

We have over a decade of experience dealing with some of the country’s leading Contractors carrying out fit out works nationwide. Refurbishment and fit out works are some of the most demanding sectors within construction. Almost all our Clients who carry out refurbishment and fit out works, demand extremely high standards whilst working to equally tight deadlines. Especially those working in retail and high-end hospitality and leisure. It is important to our Clients as well as our Candidates, that they deal with a recruiter that understands the intensity and the hours that need to go into running a project of this pace. Both our Clients and Candidates who work on these projects need to be able to contact their recruiter at short notice and on evenings and weekends. As a result, we have senior staff available 24/7 should they need us.
